PetNilka has a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received in, unused, with tags and in good packaging. Cat and dog toys require a photo of the toy and PetNilka will provide instructions on the return and refund process.

To return an item, please use the support tool at the bottom right hand corner of our website or contact us via our contact form. Please note that merchandise returns need to be shipped to the following address.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to ship the returned merchandise. Merchandise returned without a return request will not be accepted. Refunds/credits will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.

PetNilka does not accept returns for the following reasons:
1. The product has been used and shows obvious signs of use that affect secondary sales;
2, Snacks and consumable products, if there is a quality problem, you can contact customer service to explain;
3, we can not accept gift card returns;
4, Custom or personalized orders;
5, Disposable items;

Please check your order upon receipt, if the item is defective or damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately, we accept return requests for such reasons and offer the option of returning the item for a refund or exchange. Refunds.

We will notify you if your return is approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and issue the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return, please contact us via our contact form.
