What is your processing time?
Orders placed before 1pm EST are shipped the same day on non-holiday business days. We are known for our fast processing, but actual shipping times may vary depending on order volume. During the holiday season, there may be a slight delay in customers receiving their orders, but we will process them as quickly as possible in order to fulfill your order in a timely manner. An email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been packaged.
What are my shipping and delivery options?
We offer a variety of delivery options. Please note that during the holiday season, carrier shipments will be higher than normal. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and factors beyond our control. WARNING: We do not offer P.O. Box delivery.
Free Shipping in some areas
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $30 within the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). Orders placed before 1pm EST ship the same day on non-holiday business days.
Expedited Shipping
We also offer expedited shipping options, and expedited shipping pricing will be displayed at checkout. For orders that qualify for free shipping, the expedited delivery fee will be reduced at checkout.
All product delivery times and dates are provided in good faith but are estimates only.

Are your products packaged for shipping?
