PetNilka Guarantee
We design our products to help you have fun with your favorite pets, and if you're not satisfied with their performance, we're always here for you. If you purchase from our website, we offer a 30-day trial period for you to try PetNilka-branded products. You may return your item for any reason within 30 days for a refund or replacement.
Please note that because we have no control over the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, the PetNilka® guarantee does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers. This warranty is also limited to the original end-user purchaser.
How do I claim the warranty on an item purchased from an authorized retailer?
Please bring the merchandise you wish to return and your receipt (or other proof of purchase) to the store where you purchased the merchandise. If you are unable to obtain a suitable refund from the relevant authorized U.S. retailer, please click here to contact us. PetNilka@outlook.com
Please note that we only warranty our products for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to verify information, request valid proof of purchase, and deny warranty claims. We support all brands and products sold by authorized retailers and are happy to work with you.
Product Description
PetNilka® strives to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by PetNilka® itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the product unused or seek a replacement.

Hours of Operation and Wholesale Shipping
We process all orders promptly. Our website accepts orders 24 hours a day, but uptime and availability cannot be guaranteed. Our website may be offline for extended periods of time for upgrades or other necessary maintenance.PetNilka® does not guarantee delivery dates and times, these are only estimates. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and shipped from our warehouses in California or New Jersey with an estimated time of 4-6 business days. Please note that we are unable to guarantee weekend and holiday deliveries.
Shipping Area
Currently, PetNilka® ships within the continental United States and Washington, D.C. Individual products are shipped back from overseas purchases (e.g. customized models).
Payment Methods
The PetNilka® platform processes Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Google Pay purchases through a secure connection at an authorized gateway. We do not store your credit card number on our website. We do not accept cash or checks. Other payment methods may change at any time and may not be available to all customers. All orders are subject to verification and orders may be delayed if we are unable to confirm retailer details.
